Dr. Simon Dzeng first joined Clientron’s board as an independent director in November, 2016, and was elected the Chairman in November 2019. Prior to joining Clientron, Dr. Dzeng was the founder and Chairman of Hopewell Investment Management Corp., PharmaCell Biotech, and CAPSTONE INVESTMENT CONSULTING CORP. During 2009~2011, he was appointed as Senior Vice President and Spokesperson of China Development Financial Holding Corp. and President of China Development Industrial Bank. Before joining China Development, Dr. Dzeng was with Mega Financial Holding Group from 2003~2009. He first assumed the position of Executive Vice President of the holding company, and later as Chairman of Mega International Investment Trust Co., Ltd., Chairman of Mega Asset Management Corp., and Chairman of Mega Bills Finance Co., Ltd, all subsidiaries of the holding company.
After returning to Taiwan in 1995, Dr. Dzeng served in several executive positions including President of Deloitte (Taiwan) Management Consulting, Inc., Chief Securities Analyst of Daiwa Securities (Taiwan), and Executive Vice President of China United Trust & Investment Corp.
After graduating from Taipei’s Chien-Kuo Senior High and later Dept. of International Business of National Taiwan University, Dr. Dzeng went to the United States and obtained an MBA in Finance and later a Ph.D. in Accounting from Drexel University. Afterwards Dr. Dzeng had taught at CUNY-Baruch College and Pace University, both in New York City. During those academic years, he also served as a consultant at several large accounting firms in NYC. After taking his professional career back to Taiwan and joined the industries, Dr. Dzeng still maintained his academic pursuit as an adjunct professor in EMBA programs at National Taiwan University, Soochow University, and National Taipei University of Technology.
Our President Kelly Wu joined Bcom & Clientron in August 2014 as President. Ms. Wu oversees the management of the entire organization and is responsible for strategic vision and planning of Bcom & Clientron.
From 2004 to 2014, Ms. Wu worked in VIA Technologies, Inc. as Vice President of Sales, BCM Embedded Computer Inc. as President, and the Vice President of Genuine C&C Inc. and Vice President and General Manager of Phoenix Greater China.
Ms. Wu was the Country Manager for Intel Taiwan from 2000 to 2004, responsible for sales and marketing, government and industry relations, and technical enablement with the OEM/ODM ecosystem. Ms. Wu joined Intel in 1998 as a customer support representative and took on different role including OEM Fields Sales Engineer and APAC Distribution Manager.
Ms. Wu graduated from National Chengchi University's department of statistics. She was named one of CommonWealth Magazine's Top 20 Entrepreneurs in Taiwan. During her stay in Intel, her performance in various roles was endorsed by winning Intel's Achievement Award in 1989 and 2004.
